以下のようなご相談がございましたら、いつでも何度でもお気軽に面談をお申し込みいただけます：

・レポートカードの内容について
　※毎レポートカード発行のタイミングでの面談をおすすめしております

・レッスン内容や学習の進捗について

・大学進学を含む将来の進路について

・モチベーションや学習への姿勢について　など

■ 面談のご参加について
・原則として保護者様にご参加いただいております

・生徒様も、Grade 1以上の場合はご参加をお願いしております

■ 面談の概要
・面談は塾長・斎藤が担当いたします

・所要時間は30分〜1時間程度（必要に応じて延長可）

・費用は一切かかりません

■ お申し込みについて
・ご希望日時は、お申し込み日から5日後以降〜1ヶ月以内の範囲でご選択ください

・お申し込み後、3営業日以内に担当者よりメールにてご連絡いたします

At EGCIS, we place great importance on open and ongoing communication with both students and parents.

■ About the Conferences
You are welcome to request a meeting with us at any time and as many times as needed to discuss topics such as:

- Your child’s report card
　*We recommend scheduling a meeting each time a new report card is issued

- Lesson content and academic progress

- Future plans, including university admissions

- Your child’s motivation and attitude toward learning, etc.

■ Who Should Attend
- We kindly ask that a parent or guardian attend the meeting

- For students in Grade 1 and above, we also ask that the student join the meeting

■ Meeting Details
- The conference will be led by Saito, Director of EGCIS

- Meetings typically last 30 minutes to 1 hour, with the option to extend if needed

- There is no additional cost for these meetings

■ Booking a Meeting
- Please choose a date between 5 days and 1 month from the time of your request

- After submitting the request, a staff member will contact you via email within 3 business days
